Mararikulam at 17 kms.


It is 90 kms from Cochin international airport and is easily accessible by road or rail. This white sandy beach borders a fishing village and has a beautiful canal flowing on one side towards the Arabian sea. Mararikulam has almost 25 acres of coconut palm groves outlining the wide stretch of the beach. Unlike other beaches this is a perfect place for spending a laid back and quiet time soaking in the Malabar’s coastal culture. Alappuzha or Allepey which is 31 km.


Alappuzha or Allepey (known as Venice of the east) is home to one of the cleanest beaches in Kerala that is at a distance of 84 kms from Cochin international airport. Easily accessible by a good network of road and rail; Alappuzha beach has an old jetty which extend to sea and is over 150 years old. The 19th century lighthouse built on the coast of the city is the first of its kind along the Laccadive sea. The abundant coconut trees, the backwaters of Alappuzha and Kuttanad, the swaying green paddy fields all give a spectacular glimpse of God’s own country.

Cherai tucked away a little far at 59 kms.


This hidden surprise, Cherai beach is just 25 km from Kochi and 30 km from Cochin international airport. It is easily accessible by road or boat. This hamlet has the longest beach in Kochi. The beach is located to the center-north of the Vypin Island and it is 10 km long. Cherai beach is a wonderful pristine and less busy beach that is bound to relax and soothe your weary souls. The Arabian sea and the Kerala backwaters confluence here and make the place a scenic spot. Dolphins are occasionally seen here.
