Meal times at Arali are to be enjoyed anywhere you want – on the Porch, in the garden, even a picnic on the beach. Our caretaker is an excellent cook and shall provide simple but delicious Kerala food. The menu is limited and pretty much a local affair. It includes ingredients from the nearby market, fish, clams and prawns caught by the neighbouring fishermen. Fruits and herbs from the organic farms close by are also sourced whenever available. You can expect everything to be fresh and tasty.
Breakfast starts with a vibrant arrangement of fruit, You then have your pick of a continental spread, locally sourced bread, eggs, homemade jam, cereal, homemade flavoured yoghurts and health drinks or Kerala specialities such as dosa/ idli/ puttu- kadala.
Your lunch and dinner plans have to be made known one day prior so that we can source the ingredients early the next day. For lunch and dinner, you can relish traditional Kerala preparations both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Tea time snacks include local and other favourites.
